Dr. Muthappa is the Medical Director of Skin Deep Aesthetics. Dr. Deepak Muthappa completed his residency at Scott and White Hospital TX A&M School of Medicine in 2016. Dr Muthappa is happy to be available for our clients and to assist with any needs.
Chelsey performs a health exam on our clients to ensure they can safely receive their aesthetic treatments. Chelsey obtained her Baccalaureate degree in Nursing at the University of Oklahoma. After graduation, she completed the Critical Care Nurse residency program at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX. In 2018, she graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Master’s in Nursing and was certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP. She loves spending time with her husband and their two young daughters.
Charli is the nurse injector at Skin Deep Aesthetics. She began Skin Deep Aesthetics in 2019 with the dream to help her clients feel beautiful in a medical spa environment that surpassed any in her community. She wanted a skin care spa that provided it all and offered the best treatments available with the most advanced technology. This dream was achieved with Skin Deep Aesthetics. Charli has been a Registered Nurse since 2001. She has experience in critical care, oncology, and case management. She expanded her knowledge to include aesthetics in 2016. Charli has received advanced training and is certified in numerous aesthetic procedures. Aesthetics is her passion, and she loves nothing more than making her clients look and feel beautiful. Charli likes to travel, enjoys sunshine and beach vacations with her family, and loves spending time with her furr babies.
Lisa is the first friendly face you will see when you arrive for your appointment. She keeps Skin Deep running smoothly and is ready to assist you with any needs. Lisa enjoys watching any and all sporting events and spending time with friends & family.
Lexie is a nurse injector at Skin Deep Aesthetics, where she combines her clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics to help clients look and feel their best. She has been a nurse since 2018, with a background in women’s health and newborn nursery; Lexie brings experience, precision, and a warm, caring approach to every treatment she provides. Her journey into aesthetics began in 2024, driven by a love for skincare, wellness, and confidence-building. Since then, she has received advanced training in a variety of procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments. Lexie is dedicated to staying current with the latest techniques and technologies to ensure her clients receive the highest level of care. When she’s not in the treatment room, Lexie enjoys lake days and spending time with family and friends.
